Come and enjoy peace and nature in an 18th-century farmhouse built of pebbles, bricks, and timber, nestled in an exceptional setting at the foot of the Ariège Pyrenees. This carefully renovated 80 m² cottage, featuring quality materials like stone, wood, and lime, accommodates 2 to 6 guests. Just 5 minutes from a charming village with all amenities, the location is quiet and green, free from air, noise, or light pollution. On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious living area and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, electric hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster), a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. A terrace with barbecue and garden furniture lets you make the most of sunny days. Upstairs, via a beautiful wooden staircase over 150 years old, there are two bedrooms: one with a 160 cm double bed, the other with a 140 cm double bed, plus a bathroom with shower and toilet. Bed linen is included, but towels are not. Towels can be provided on request for an extra charge. The accommodation must be left clean (no dirty dishes, etc.). Key handover is done on site by the hosts. This property is not suitable for families with young children or unsupervised babies, as the staircase lacks a safety gate. Parties or events are not allowed without the owner’s written permission. Pets are allowed under certain conditions: only one pet per stay, and it must remain in the ground floor living area.
